Welcome to Sport Club Management, a SaaS platform designed to help football clubs efficiently manage their clubs, players, finances, and much more. Whether you're managing a local team or a professional club, this guide will help you get started quickly and make the most out of the platform

How to Register Your Club

Follow these steps to register your club:

  1. Click on the Menu icon and then on Onboarding->As Club

  2. Fill out the registration form with your details.

  3. Submit the form and verify your email address.

  4. Once verified, you'll be directed to a form where you have to fill up the information of the club.

  5. Once your club is registered, you will be redirected to the dashboard.

This section will show you the latest matches like the upcoming match and the previous match along with their information

This graph shows monthly win vs loss count.

This will show the club's monthly expense vs income

Top Performers

The list of top performers of the club. It will show the total goal and assit and also avergae goal and assist per game

Total player points

This will show the club's total point earners list. Points are calculated based on the performance in accordance with their poisition.

User

You can create a user and assign roles. Based on the roles the user will be able to access certain part of the application. The user will be able to login and access the application.

Player

You can create a player with or without creating a user. If a player is created without creating a user then the player will not able to use the application.

Account

You can manage your club's finance by creating account and recording expense and income.

For creating an account follow these steps:

You can create income-expense records using these.

  • Select or create a new category
  • Enter the amount
  • Select payment type
  • Add description

Player position

Here you can view the player position.

The points are position specific on certain actions and distribute in such way so that the average point is balanced on all positions. Points will be automatically calculated based on player actions and their positions

  • You can create as many squads as you want

Match

Match
Match can be internal or external. Internal matches are played in between the players of the club and external matches are match that is being played with others.

You can create internal match record here. Internal matches are played between players of the club.

Select squad 1 and squad 2 and enter match details like time, venue etc. You can enter match result only after the match has been played.

External Match

External match creation is identical to internal match creation, exception is you have to select/enter opponent name.
